I’m known as the Somatic Alchemist, a name that reflects the deep transformation I’ve experienced and now guide other women through. My lived experiences and spiritual gifts led me to body-based healing and energy work. Since 2017, I’ve had the honor of guiding fellow survivors through their healing journeys using practical tools rooted in ancient wisdom, adapted for our modern lives. Now, I serve ambitious, high achieving women who desire to choose joy and find fulfillment in their lives.

When traditional clinical options left me feeling disconnected and unchanged, I turned to somatic work. During a personal breathwork session, I received a clear message from Spirit: body-based healing is the key to transforming the lives of those who carry complex trauma and have used it to fuel their ambitions whether in corporate, career or entrepreneurship. That moment changed everything.

I specialize in Breathwork, EFT (Tapping), Human Design, and Tarot, and hold additional certifications in Healing Touch, Manifestation, Reiki I, and Trauma Resolution.
