It's not always about love and light.

Being human comes with it's own set of complications, and part of that is having shadows. These aspects are often overlooked because we repress them out of shame, guilt and wanting to bee seen as "nice" and "calm" or even "put together."

Notice how you cringe when a kid breaks down in the middle of the store for all to see. Or how angry you get when that one politician you hate is on the news. These reactions all point to something in you that you are passionate about, and Shadow Support can help you identify what that is so you can stop letting these events ruin your day. 

Tapping into your intuition and acting from your "highest self" is nearly impossible when the littlest inconvenience has you flying off the handle. You can't bypass the darkness inside and think you'll fool the universe into seeing you as light.

I thought my emotional ups and downs were normal.

 

I knew that I was experiencing all kinds of emotions, but I didn't know that not processing them was hindering my spiritual growth. Not accepting these shadow parts of myself that brought on these emotional activations just made me (and everyone around me) miserable.

It wasn't until I understood why I was reacting so much to certain situations that I was able to start responding instead. I can now keep my cool, take back my power and accept the parts of myself that I've rejected for so long.

I've spent the last 5 years working through shadows.

 

It wasn't easy either. I was the type of person you had to walk on eggshells around because I was like ticking time bomb. No one knew when I would blow up or start sobbing.

I held a lot of rage, irritation and impatience for people. My past had led me to believe that I was a victim of my circumstances, and I gave my power away to any situation that caused even the slightest annoyance or upset.

I was tired of never knowing how my day was going to go or if I'd have a breakdown. I wanted a way to feel more joy, not get so triggered by everything, and actually live in a way that brought me closer to my loved ones instead of pushing them away.

That's when I found Shadow Work, and started to use the 4 step process I teach you to understand what I was feeling, why, and how I could use it to live life in alignment.
